About Lynne

Lynne McArdle is Research Counsel at Lenczner Slaght, concentrating on legal research, written advocacy and strategic advice. She spent more than 20 years litigating for the provincial Crown after beginning her career at a large full-service firm. Lynne has acted in oppression and dissent claims, commercial disputes, class actions, injunctions, an aggregate health care cost recovery claim, judicial reviews, and the defence of Crown attorneys and police officers. She has appeared at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Lynne was called to the Ontario Bar in 1998 after earning her LLB from the University of Toronto in 1996 and a BA in political studies from Queen's University in 1993.
