About Ryan
Ryan McCarville is a Partner whose practice centers on labour and employment law and litigation. He advises employers on matters including discipline, termination, employment contracts, wrongful dismissal claims, and workplace investigations, and counsels clients on grievances, collective agreement interpretation, and human rights issues. He also represents businesses in commercial contract disputes and construction matters, and has appeared before courts, tribunals, and arbitrators in Prince Edward Island. Ryan has delivered seminars on workplace harassment, investigations, and managing employee sick leave. He earned his J.D. from the University of New Brunswick in 2013 and was called to the Prince Edward Island bar in 2014. He is a member of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island and the Canadian Bar Association, and serves as a board member of the Construction Association of Prince Edward Island.
