Julie practises professional regulation and discipline and health law, acting as counsel for the Canadian Medical Protective Association and its members across New Brunswick. She also maintains a general litigation practice representing casualty, life and disability insurers before courts and tribunals. Julie is a frequent speaker on health law and is a past chair of the Canadian Bar Association's National Health Law Section. She holds an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and an LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick.
