James D. Lin is an Associate Counsel and member of Logica Law's Real Estate Group, maintaining a solicitor's practice with more than 25 years of experience in real estate, corporate/commercial, and business law. His real estate practice includes representing clients on purchases and sales of commercial and residential properties and related financing, as well as acting for developers on land assembly, acquisition, project financing, development, leasing, and disposition. James also maintains an active corporate/commercial and business law practice, advising on incorporations and investment structuring, and is fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese.
