About Serene

Serene Chow has a commercial real estate practice focused on commercial leasing, representing landlords and tenants in negotiating office, retail, industrial and mixed-use lease transactions across major Canadian markets, including a shopping mall with over 1,200,000 square feet of retail space. In 2011 she formed the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers BC chapter, and she serves on the board of Downtown Van. She has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada since 2022 for Commercial Leasing Law and Real Estate Law, and was part of the CREA 2024 Best Office Lease deal for 1090 W Pender St. She practises through a personal law corporation.
