About Ryan
Ryan Green practises tax law and business law, including tax planning and dispute resolution. In his planning practice, he advises clients on structuring businesses and estates for tax, business, and family purposes, covering corporate reorganizations, estate planning, residency issues, and sales tax. In his dispute resolution practice, he represents clients through CRA audits, notice of objection reviews, and court appeals, and assists with voluntary disclosure applications for unresolved historic tax issues.
