About Randy

Randy Smith practices commercial law, including buying and selling businesses and corporate law, as well as residential and commercial real estate purchases and sales, and wills and estates. He has practiced law in Victoria since 1995 and has organized and presented numerous community seminars on wills and estates as well as real estate seminars for realtors. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University and his law degree from the University of Victoria, and was called to the bar in 1995. Born and raised in Victoria, he has coached youth soccer and basketball and enjoys fishing and gardening.
