About Ryan
Ryan Kemp is one of the founding partners of Swainson Miki Peskett, with a practice focused on commercial real estate. Born and raised in Alberta, he attended the University of Alberta, receiving both his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws. He helps clients acquire, finance, and divest commercial real estate assets, assists landlords and tenants with complex leasing transactions, and represents private and institutional lenders in commercial financing, as well as developers, builders, investors, and condominium boards.
