About Brendin

Brendin Gaucher joined KMSC Law LLP as an associate in 2023 and became a partner in 2026, practising primarily in business law, real estate, wills and estate administration. His business law work includes mergers and acquisitions, incorporating and structuring corporations, financing transactions, and drafting and negotiating contracts. Born and raised in Grande Prairie, Brendin earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta in 2019 and completed his JD at the University of Alberta in 2022. Outside of work, he serves on the boards of the Stepping Stones Day Care Society and Evergreen Park, and enjoys golfing and playing hockey.
