About Hasman
Hasman Dhaliwal is a business lawyer at Tidal Law focusing on commercial lending, real estate development, commercial leasing, franchising and emerging areas such as cryptocurrency and digital asset regulation. He represents both borrowers and lenders in private and commercial lending transactions, including construction financing and corporate credit facilities, and advises developers and purchasers on subdivisions, lot sales and complex leasing agreements. In franchising, he supports franchisors and franchisees with system structuring, agreement drafting and disclosure compliance. Before co-founding Tidal Law, Hasman practised at a regional law firm across various areas of business law. He is an active member of the South Asian Bar Association of Edmonton and is fluent in Punjabi.
