About Sharif

Sharif is one of the founding partners of Forum Law LLP, practising primarily corporate and commercial law, including business purchases and sales, commercial real estate and financing, commercial leasing, franchise law, business succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, incorporations and estate planning. He graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with First Class Distinction and obtained his Juris Doctor in 2016. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2017 and has broad experience advising health care professionals on corporate and commercial matters.
