About Rovena

Rovena Hajdëri handles civil litigation matters from pleadings through trial, acting as lead and co-counsel and arguing summary judgment motions and appeals, including before the Ontario Court of Appeal. Her practice covers personal injury, product liability, property damage, and professional negligence, along with condominium law, defamation, wrongful dismissal, and human rights applications. She is fluent in French, Italian, English, and Albanian and has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution in multicultural settings. Rovena has worked with organizations such as the American Bar Association and the United Nations on judicial reform, and gained conflict resolution experience in Austria, Italy, and the Netherlands. She helped develop and taught a legal writing course at the Albanian School of Magistrates and articled with the National Judicial Institute in Ottawa. She is a member of the Advocates' Society and advises Toronto Metropolitan University's trial advocacy program.
