About Andrew

Andrew E. Franklin is a partner at Matthews Abogado LLP and leader of its LTD Practice Group. His practice centers on personal injury and insurance defence, representing people seeking compensation for injuries from car accidents, falls, and other negligence, as well as defending insured individuals and insurance companies. His litigation work spans casualty claims, accident benefits, occupiers' liability, commercial general liability, and products liability matters. Andrew developed his advocacy skills early, competing in several moot court competitions at the University of Windsor, including winning top oralist prizes at the Lerners Cup and the 34th Annual Zuber Moot, and serving on the school's Gale Cup moot team.
