About Roslyn

Roslyn Tsao is the Managing Partner at Epstein Cole, where her practice is devoted to all aspects of family law, including parenting, property division, and support, handled through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and collaborative family law as well as litigation. Her client base includes high-net-worth individuals with complex asset or compensation structures and international clients living outside Canada, and her earlier experience in employment, wills and estates, criminal, real estate, and tax law supports a broad approach to representation. She has appeared on motions, conferences, and trials in the Superior Court of Justice and argued appeals before the Ontario Court of Appeal, and is also a sought-after mediator and arbitrator in private disputes. Roslyn is an Associate Editor of the Reports of Family Law and has taught family law at Osgoode Hall and the University of Toronto. As Managing Partner, she oversees the firm's operations as well as its recruitment and student programs. She is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and received the Ontario Bar Association's 2022 Award of Excellence in Family Law in memory of James McLeod.
