About Avery
Avery Tiplady is an associate on the family law group at Beard Winter, handling matters such as parenting time and decision-making, child and spousal support, property division, cohabitation and separation agreements, and marriage contracts. He was called to the bar in Ontario and British Columbia in 2023 after articling and practicing at a downtown Vancouver family law firm, where he gained experience with high-net-worth and complex cases. He relocated to Ontario in September 2023 and worked at a large Hamilton firm before joining Beard Winter. Avery holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Leeds and a BA from Simon Fraser University. He is a member of the Hamilton Law Association and the Law Society of British Columbia, and volunteers with Meals on Wheels.
