About Rosario

Rosario returned to the firm as an associate after completing a summer and articling term, gaining experience assessing lien claims and assisting on light rail transit and other major infrastructure projects. He earned his bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor from Queen's University, where he served as President of the Queen's Construction Law Club. Before law school, he worked in construction as a labourer.
