About Daniel

Daniel has a diverse construction practice focused on dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration and mediation, and has appeared regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Before joining the firm, he worked for a large multinational insurance carrier, gaining experience in construction defects, product liability, property damage, breach of contract, fraud and personal injury matters.
