About Katherine

Katherine Akladios is an associate and member of the firm's Insurance Practice Group, with a broad litigation practice covering insurance and contractual disputes. She is building a focus on personal injury, property damage, professional liability, occupiers' liability and coverage disputes, and has represented clients before the British Columbia Provincial and Supreme Court. During law school she worked with Community Legal Aid Windsor and the Transnational Environment Law and Policy Clinic, and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada. She earned her J.D. from the University of Windsor in 2022 and was admitted to the British Columbia bar in 2023.
