About Gary

Gary brings over 15 years of Canadian and international construction law experience, with a primary focus on arbitration and adjudication. He advises clients across the construction industry on dispute avoidance and has represented stakeholders in infrastructure, light rail, mining and high-rise development disputes, with arbitration experience spanning ICC, LCIA, ADRIC, DIAC, ADCCAC, DIFC-LCIA and UNCITRAL forums. Before relocating to Canada, he spent a decade in Dubai as in-house counsel for a major property developer and at a leading law firm.
