About Jay
Jay is a construction lawyer providing litigation and contract negotiation services, certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Construction Law. He has acted as external legal counsel on large and complex construction disputes involving claims in excess of $1 billion, and previously led the in-house legal department for the Finch West LRT design-build consortium and worked on the Eglinton Crosstown LRT.
