About Ron
Ron is a commercial litigator with an emphasis on construction law who has practised for over 40 years and appeared at every level of court in Ontario, as well as in numerous arbitrations. In construction matters he has represented owners, developers, municipalities, the Crown, property managers, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and he has also handled IP, estate litigation, personal injury, commercial litigation, landlord and tenant, and employment litigation matters. He has appeared in over 300 trials and in matters across five Canadian provinces, and worked at an international law firm for 24 years before that. Ron also advises small businesses on corporate and risk management issues and is a regular speaker and writer on construction and other legal matters in Canada and the United States.
