About Ronald
Ronald F. Caza is a partner and co-founder of Caza Saikaley LLP, an Ottawa litigation firm he built with Jeff Saikaley after 15 years at a prominent Ottawa firm, where he served as managing partner of its Ottawa office. He earned his LL.B. cum laude from the University of Ottawa in 1987, following a B.A. from Laurentian University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1989. His practice covers commercial and international arbitration, procurement, construction, contracts, defamation, shareholder disputes, employment law, linguistic rights, and constitutional and human rights litigation, and he's appeared before courts in Ontario, New Brunswick, and Quebec, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. He received the Law Society of Ontario's Bar Medal in 2016, was named to the Order of Ontario in 2017, and has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada. He's chaired or served on the boards of the Montfort Hospital, United Way Ottawa, the Social Planning Council, and the Franco-Ontarian Foundation, and is bilingual in English and French.
