Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionVincent DeRose is a founding partner and the managing partner of Tereposky & DeRose LLP. He represents government and private sector clients in public procurement, international trade, and investor-state arbitration before courts, tribunals, and administrative agencies, with additional experience in economic sanctions, export controls, anti-corruption compliance, and anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations. He has advised extensively in the defence and security sectors and regularly acts for both suppliers and purchasers in complex government procurement transactions, including analysis under CUSMA, the WTO Government Procurement Agreement, and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. DeRose was called to the Ontario bar in 2001 and the Law Society of Nunavut in 2018, and holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa, an M.A. in International Relations from McMaster University, and a B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science from the University of Manitoba.
