Russell Robertson was called to the British Columbia bar in 2010 after earning his JD from the University of Victoria, where he also completed a Bachelor of Commerce. He handles complex commercial disputes, real estate litigation, shareholder disputes, estate and inheritance claims, fraud and breach of trust matters, and insurance coverage and professional negligence disputes, and has obtained injunctions and pre-judgment remedies for clients. He has written on limitation periods, administrative law, and maritime law.
