About Robley

Robley Goff's corporate law practice covers commercial real estate transactions, asset purchases and corporate finance matters, often on complex, time-sensitive financing deals. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018 and the Manitoba Bar in 2019, after earning her J.D. with distinction from the University of Alberta's Faculty of Law, where she clerked for Justices McVeigh and Ahmed of the Federal Court. Robley received the Best Lawyers 'Ones to Watch' recognition in Banking and Finance in 2025.
