About Allison

Allison Kilgour practices in labour and employment law, with a focus on human rights, workplace investigations, occupational health and safety, and policy drafting, and holds the AWI-CH designation from the Association of Workplace Investigators. She was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2023 after earning her J.D. and B.A. (with distinction) from the University of Manitoba. Allison has worked extensively on sexual violence prevention, gender equality and accessibility, and co-chairs LEAF Winnipeg, part of the national gender-equality advocacy organization. She previously clerked for the Manitoba Court of Appeal and served on the University of Manitoba's Board of Governors.
