About Nicole
Nicole D.M. Hamilton was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2005 and practices estate litigation, estate dispute resolution, and estate administration. Apart from two and a half years serving as Public Guardian and Trustee of Manitoba, Nicole's career has been spent as a litigator with Pitblado Law, with a practice that now focuses almost exclusively on estate litigation and administration. Nicole acts for executors, administrators, trustees, attorneys under powers of attorney, court-appointed committees, and beneficiaries in estate and trust matters, and has appeared at all levels of court in Manitoba. Nicole holds an LL.B. from the University of Manitoba (2004) and a BSc from the Collège Universitaire de St-Boniface (1999), and currently serves as a Bencher of the Law Society of Manitoba (2025-2026).
