Glen leads a broad corporate and commercial practice advising privately-held companies in manufacturing, retail and financial services on business transactions, secured lending and corporate governance. A significant focus is commercial real estate development, providing legal advice and strategic counsel to developers, contractors and landowners across Manitoba. Glen was the firm's managing partner for 18 years and has served on the boards of CancerCare Manitoba Foundation and the Arthritis Society of Canada.
