About Andrew

Andrew Chambers practices in the firm's Business Law and Taxation Law departments, with a focus on corporate commercial, tax, trust and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, and debt and equity financings. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2016 after earning his J.D. from the University of Manitoba, and completed the Canadian Bar Association's Tax Law For Lawyers Course in 2018. Andrew co-authored a paper on advising landlords on tenant insolvency and restructuring in 2015, and mentors students through the Manitoba Bar Association.
