About Robin
Robin Nyamekye is an associate practising in workplace investigations, assessments and employment law. Nyamekye conducts investigations for clients across sectors including healthcare, education, government, non-profit and corporate environments, with significant experience in matters involving anti-Black racism, discrimination and harassment, applying a trauma-informed lens. Nyamekye also advises employees on workplace disputes and terminations and advises employers on risk, drawing on an investigation and litigation background. Before joining Turnpenney Milne LLP, Nyamekye practised complex civil litigation and worked as a caseworker in the housing rights division at Parkdale Community Legal Services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Nyamekye is a member of the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers and the Ontario Bar Association, completed a JD at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2022, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2023.
