About Lynne

Lynne chairs Osler's Executive Compensation practice as a partner in Toronto. Her work covers compensation, benefits and employment matters that arise in cross-border M&A deals, initial public offerings and other corporate transactions, and she advises companies on designing and governing compensation arrangements while managing ongoing compliance. Lynne is known for her cross-border executive compensation expertise, a niche few Canadian lawyers occupy. She holds a combined law degree and commerce degree from McGill University.
