About Robert
Robert J. Kimball, originally from Nova Scotia, is a Personal Injury Lawyer at Preszler Injury Lawyers with a background in insurance litigation. He previously worked as an insurance defence lawyer for a large insurer, handling denied claims involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, long-term disability and construction losses, until seeing the impact of those denials on claimants led him to switch sides.
