About Robert

Robert J. Kimball, originally from Nova Scotia, is a Personal Injury Lawyer at Preszler Injury Lawyers with a background in insurance litigation. He previously worked as an insurance defence lawyer for a large insurer, handling denied claims involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, long-term disability and construction losses, until seeing the impact of those denials on claimants led him to switch sides. He now represents accident victims seeking recovery from at-fault parties, aiming for strong settlements while giving clients peace of mind through the process. He earned a B.Sc. from Dalhousie University in 2002 and his J.D. there in 2007, and he's licensed to practise in Ontario, British Columbia and Nova Scotia. He holds Level I and II Canadian Soccer Association coaching certificates and a Level I CrossFit certificate, and supports the Canadian Diabetes Association and the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
