About Ivy

Ivy Duong is an associate lawyer at Treiber Law who joined the firm after working at one of Toronto's leading labour and employment boutiques. She has experience advising some of the country's largest employers on workplace issues ranging from hiring and employee management to complicated terminations, and she also advises employees on their rights and obligations. Duong takes a client-centred approach, whether negotiating an employee's severance package or guiding an employer through a workplace accommodation to minimize risk, and she takes the time to understand her clients' goals to help them reach those goals efficiently.
