About Stephen
Stephen Neil is a partner who focuses his practice on corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes public and private acquisitions and divestitures, consortium transactions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and other complex corporate matters. He has a particular concentration on transactions in the infrastructure and energy sector. Stephen has represented some of Canada's largest private equity firms, pension plans, asset managers and financial institutions on their significant deals. He provides strategic advice to institutional investors and other businesses navigating complicated transactions.
