About Robert
Robert Galletti joined Bernard LLP as Associate Counsel in 2025, having maintained a corporate, commercial and securities law practice for almost 20 years, representing public and private companies, founders, investors and underwriters across natural resources, shipping and logistics, real estate, technology and other industries. He routinely handles new company structuring, cross-border corporate finance, exempt securities offerings, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance matters. Before joining Bernard LLP, he practised at a capital markets boutique in Vancouver and was formerly general counsel to a major independent film and television production studio. He holds a Bachelor of Music from McGill University (2001), an LL.B. from UBC (2004), and an LL.M. in Securities Law from Osgoode Hall Law School (2011), was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2005, and is professionally fluent in French.
