About Ritika

Ritika Nanda was called to the Alberta bar in July 2022 and focuses her practice on residential real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, refinancing, and title transfers, along with corporate work such as minute book reviews, acquisitions, dispositions, and share and asset purchases. She holds a J.D. from the University of Alberta, where she served as Vice President of Law Students for Human Rights and took part in the Women's Law Forum, and researched the impact of COVID-19 on foreclosure proceedings under Professor Anna Lund. She earned a BA with honours in criminal justice from Mount Royal University, where she was recognized as a peer tutor and received a SAMRU Outstanding Student bronze scholarship. Outside of work she is learning Spanish and Korean and enjoys photography, choreography, and cooking.
