About Kyla
Kyla Kirker maintains a practice focused on real estate and corporate law, advising clients on residential purchases, sales, refinancing, and title-related matters, and works closely with individuals, businesses, and lenders to ensure transactions proceed smoothly. She also assists clients with corporate and commercial matters, including preparing and reviewing commercial agreements, share and asset transactions, and general corporate support for privately held businesses. Kyla earned her JD from the University of Calgary in 2022 and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta in 2019, and was called to the Alberta bar in 2023.
