About Chadwick
Chadwick Newcombe is a fourth-generation Calgarian who was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2001 after completing articles with a national firm. He maintains a general civil advocacy practice with particular experience in commercial and employment litigation and alternative dispute resolution, ranging from wrongful dismissal cases to shareholder disputes and breach of contract matters. He has represented clients at all levels of Alberta courts, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada, and has been qualified as an expert witness on the standard of care owed by lawyers practicing in Alberta. He instructs and evaluates for the Legal Education Society of Alberta's CPLED course and coaches a University of Calgary Faculty of Law moot team, and mentors students-at-law within the firm.
