About Kitty

Kitty Qian is an associate lawyer at Lidstone & Company, acting for local governments on real property, land development, and corporate and commercial matters. She advises clients on buying, selling, leasing, and developing property, and negotiates, prepares, and reviews corporate, commercial, and construction contracts. Before joining the firm, Qian practised as a general solicitor at a full-service firm advising on commercial and residential real estate, corporate and commercial matters, lending, and wills and estates, and completed her articles at a national law firm. She earned a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University of Ottawa in 2022.
