About Jonathan
Jonathan Warren is a founding partner of Warren Kachur Osadetz LLP. His practice covers commercial banking, real estate development, and commercial and residential real estate, and he regularly acts for chartered banks and private lenders on financing transactions and for developers on multi-family, residential, and commercial projects. He also maintains a corporate and commercial practice covering reorganizations, acquisitions, divestitures, commercial leasing, and shareholder agreements, and advises individuals on wills, estate planning, and estate administration. Jonathan has appeared before the Court of Appeal of Alberta, the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, the Provincial Court of Alberta, and the Federal Court. He was called to the Alberta bar in 2000, holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta (1999) and a Bachelor of Science in Cellular, Molecular, and Microbial Biology from the University of Calgary (1996), and completed the CICA in-depth Goods and Services Tax course in 2002.
