About Nikolaus
Nikolaus Demiantschuk is a partner at DBH Law practicing commercial real estate and real estate development, financing for lenders, and corporate and commercial law. He began his career articling at a major Calgary firm before moving to a smaller firm to develop a solicitor's practice, becoming a partner in what is now DBH Law in 1986. Nikolaus has served on the boards of several Alberta companies and volunteer organizations, and has been a panel member for the Legal Education Society of Alberta and a lecturer for the Alberta bar admission course. Since 2001 he has served as Honourary Consul for the Republic of Austria in Alberta, and in 2015 he was named Honourary Consul General in recognition of his service.
