About Ishpreet
Ishpreet Rai is a partner at RDM Lawyers focused on corporate and commercial law, business transactions, real estate, commercial lending and expropriation. He acts for individuals and companies buying and selling operating businesses and real estate across industries such as franchises, manufacturing, restaurants, retail, health care and daycares, and advises financial institutions and private lenders on commercial lending matters. Rai earned his undergraduate degree with honours from the University of the Fraser Valley and his law degree from the University of Alberta in 2018. He joined RDM as an articling student in 2018, built his career with the firm, and joined the partnership in 2026. Born and raised in Abbotsford, he represents RDM with the Abbotsford Executives Association and is fluent in English and Punjabi.
