Richard Macklin was called to the Bar in 1993 and has extensive experience in contract, shareholder, real estate, condominium, employment, construction, defamation and government litigation, including coroner's inquests and constitutional matters. He has appeared at the Supreme Court of Canada and the Court of Appeal for Ontario and holds the Law Society of Ontario's Certified Specialist designation in Civil Litigation.
