About Mary
Mary Diemert joined Shields O'Donnell MacKillop LLP as a summer student in 2023. She earned her JD from Western University, graduating among the top 15 students in her class, after completing an undergraduate degree at McGill University with a major in English Literature and minors in French and Sociology. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025 and focuses her practice on employment law, labour relations, wrongful dismissal litigation and human rights.
