About Renée
Gilead is a business lawyer whose practice focuses on corporate law, commercial law, and mergers and acquisitions, having practised in both Calgary and Sydney, Australia. She advises clients at all stages of the business lifecycle on asset and share acquisitions and divestitures, private financings, and corporate reorganizations across the oil and gas, manufacturing, construction, health care, financial services, and not-for-profit sectors.
