About Rehan

Rehan Qureshi is a member of Swainson Miki Peskett's litigation group focusing on corporate and commercial litigation. He obtained a B.Sc. in Physical Sciences from the University of Alberta, gained over five years of field experience in operations, then returned to school and earned an honours law degree from Bond University in Australia. He has acted as counsel and second counsel in complex matters before the Court of King's Bench, Court of Appeal, and the Alberta Court of Justice, with experience in shareholder disputes, breaches of director duties, contract disputes, and professional negligence claims.
