About Rajvir

Rajvir Nagra is a partner in Hamilton Duncan's Civil & Commercial Litigation Group whose practice focuses on real estate disputes, construction issues, employment matters, debt collection, and contract disputes. Before law school he was a licensed realtor and operated his own construction company, and during law school at the University of Manitoba he represented clients in the Provincial Court there. He began his legal career as a litigator in Abbotsford and has appeared regularly in BC courts since his call to the bar in 2021.
