About Ramez
Ramez Gries is an associate at Glaholt Bowles who assists clients and senior counsel with a wide range of construction and infrastructure disputes, combining traditional litigation with alternative dispute resolution. His experience includes lien, delay, and deficiency claims as well as surety and performance bond matters, acting for owners, general contractors, and consultants in litigation, arbitration, and mediation. His work has touched several large-scale LRT and infrastructure projects across Ontario, including a public inquiry into a major transit system's failures. Ramez earned his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2023, where he served as a Dean's Fellow, and a business degree with distinction from Schulich School of Business in 2020. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2024 and belongs to the Advocates' Society, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association.
