About Rajiv

Rajiv represents clients based in Canada, the United States, Europe, and Asia, focusing on land development, corporate structuring, financing, wealth planning, and technology matters. He also advises institutional, commercial, and academic organizations on intellectual property, employment law, restructuring, governance, and cross-border transactions. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Dalhousie University in 1993 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Victoria in 1997, and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1998.
