About Rachael

Rachael L. Hardy joined Sullivan Festeryga LLP as an associate in 2022, after articling at a boutique civil litigation firm in Toronto. Her practice centers on civil litigation, particularly insurance defence and estate law, and she handles matters involving capacity issues, substitute decision makers and powers of attorney, wills and testamentary disputes, contractual disagreements and civil fraud claims. She holds a BA (Hons) in Political Science from Queen's University and a JD from the University of Windsor. Rachael was called to the bar in 2022 and focuses on keeping clients well informed and prepared throughout the litigation process. She is committed to advancing access to justice for marginalized communities.
